Where can I enter a promo code?
You enter the code on the checkout page, not in the cart. Simply enter your promotional code when prompted during the checkout process. Promotional codes may have some exclusions so please check the terms and conditions for the promotion. Promo codes cannot be applied towards previous orders, therefore we do not offer price adjustments. *** Please note: You can only use one promo code at a time.***
Will I be a charged duty/tax fees?
Artisans that we work with are from Turkey and China. All international orders are subject to these fees. Please contact your country's customs office for details.
How can I check the status of my order?
Note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email with a tracking number, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check the junk/spam folder as well. Still can't find it? Email us at info@liberanimo.com
Do you sell individual pendants, chains or earrings?
We do not sell individual components or half-pairs of earrings. We also do not offer customized chain lengths. All jewelry is sold as-is.
Do you use real gemstones?
We strive to source the highest quality, authentic gemstones to make your piece of Libera Animo jewelry as meaningful as it is beautiful. As a result, all of our healing gemstones come in variations of color, pattern, and texture. We consider that these variations are what make your piece of jewelry that little bit extra special and unique—a reflection of you.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed.


When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Libera Animo and any original shipping time estimates.


If you refuse a shipment from Libera Animo, you are responsible for any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
